Job summary

MSR Talent is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take on a portfolio of approximately 250 properties in the Northern Districts, supported by your own dedicated Assistant Property Manager.

This role focuses on landlord relationships and running a quality book, while day-to-day tasks are shared. You will work Monday to Friday with no Saturdays in a professional, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence is required.
• Proven experience running your own property portfolio.
• Knowledge of the Northern Districts is preferred.
• Strong communication and organised approach.
• Ability to guide and work with an assistant.
• Client-focused with high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 properties across the Northern Districts.
• Be the key contact for landlords, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Oversee arrears, maintenance, renewals, inspections and tribunal matters where required.
• Lead and work closely with your Assistant PM to keep the portfolio running smoothly.
• Drive portfolio growth and retention alongside the business.
