You’ll work with an experienced VA and outsourced inspection team to focus on landlord and tenant relationships, with a supportive, close-knit team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 18–24 months in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of WA tenancy laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple properties.
• Familiarity with Property Tree and MS Office advantageous.
• Holder of a valid driver’s licence and Property Managers registration.
• Proficient English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors.
• Market vacancies and screen tenants with VA support.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and by-laws.
• Manage lease renewals and rent increases.
• Maintain accurate property files and digital records.
