Job summary

The Homebush-based award-winning Apartment Builder Developer is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio from within a small, collaborative team. You will manage day-to-day property operations, liaise with tenants and contractors, and ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation.

This hands-on role requires a NSW real estate licence, at least five years in property management, and strong communication and organisation.

Qualifications

• Current NSW real estate licence or Certificate of Registration.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Property Management role.
• Experience within a developer is highly regarded.
• Sound knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a close-knit team and maintain high self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Finalise routine inspection reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and tenants for repairs and maintenance.
• Manage a challenging and interesting rental market.
• Handle inspections and tenancy matters.

The company

An award-winning Apartment Builder Developer is looking for a Property Manager to manage their portfolio.

Based in Homebush, this company has an excellent reputation for acquiring large site and building top quality high rise residential developments that they retain and rent out.

With an established reputation and a strong pipeline of work, they continue to go from strength to strength.

Due to this growth, they are keen to appoint a hands-on Property Manager to look after their assets.

The role

This role will require someone that is a hardworking individual who can thrive in a small team with a positive attitude to work against deadlines.

As a Property Manager, you will be engaged in a broad range ofproperty managementdutiesforthe day-to-day management of propertiesincluding:

• Managing rent arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
• Finalisingroutine Inspectionsreports
• Coordinating with subcontractors and tenants therepairs and maintenance
• Managing a challenging and interesting rental market
• Inspection and Tenancy matters

Qualifications:
