Job summary

Belle Property South Yarra is seeking a energetic Property Manager to join our award-winning team. With at least 1 year of property management experience, you will manage a well-maintained portfolio, coordinate maintenance, conduct inspections, and provide excellent service to owners and tenants.

You'll benefit from a supportive office culture, ongoing training, and career progression opportunities. A Saturday roster with Friday off in lieu is in place, and a competitive salary will be discussed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in property management.
• Energetic, motivated, and passionate about real estate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with owners and renters.
• Current driver's licence + required real estate certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a well-kept property portfolio.
• Conduct routine, entry & exit inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Handle rental arrears and tenancy enquiries.
• Attend Saturday opens (Friday in lieu provided).
