YPA is seeking a proactive Property Manager for our Caroline Springs office. This full-time role focuses on growing a solid rental portfolio, liaising with landlords and tenants, and handling inspections, leases and tribunal matters. A strong service focus and team collaboration are essential for success.

The ideal candidate will be licensed, with Victorian tenancy knowledge, VCAT experience, and excellent communication skills to support a busy office and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate is essential.
• Solid understanding of Victorian Residential and Commercial Tenancy Acts.
• VCAT experience preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and a service-focused attitude.
• Positive, team-oriented and client-facing mindset.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Managing a well-maintained and stable portfolio.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants.
• Conducting open for inspections, entry & exit reports and routine inspections.
• Marketing rental properties.
• Preparing and attending tribunal applications and hearings.
• Handling insurance claims.
• Reviewing rental applications.
• Managing property repairs and maintenance.
• Preparing lease documentation.
• Performing general rental administration tasks.
