Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in property management.
• Energetic, motivated and passionate about real estate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with owners and renters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a well-kept property portfolio.
• Conduct routine, entry & exit inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Handle rental arrears and tenancy enquiries.
• Attend Saturday opens (Friday in lieu provided).
