McGrath Central Coast is seeking a relationship-oriented Property Manager to oversee all aspects of an investment portfolio and nurture long‑term client relationships. You will be supported by our Head of Property Management and Leasing teams to deliver exceptional service.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires a NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one), 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of current legislation, excellent communication, and a valid

Qualifications

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration (must be willing to obtain and work toward a real estate license)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of the current relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal clients
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
