Job summary

McGrath North Lakes is seeking an experienced Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to join a supportive, ethical and highly respected agency. You will manage your own portfolio with dedicated support, training and modern systems to help you deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in property management.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professionalism, accountability and a client-focused approach.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Residence in the Moreton Bay or North Brisbane region.

Responsibilities

• You will manage your own portfolio, building trusted relationships with property owners and tenants while delivering the high standard of service our clients expect.
• Importantly, you won't be expected to do everything yourself.
• You will be supported by a dedicated Assistant Property Manager, leasing consultant and experienced administration team, allowing you to focus on higher-level property management responsibilities and client relationships.
