Job summary

My Property House in Perth is seeking an experienced Property Manager who excels at building relationships, delivering top-tier service and contributing to a high-performing team. You will manage a quality portfolio of predominantly newly built investment properties, with access to strong support, systems and resources.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 months' experience in residential property management.
Current WA Property Management Licence.
Current unrestricted driver's licence.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and builders.
Managing the leasing process, including advertising, open inspections, application processing and lease documentation.
Conducting ingoing, routine and final inspections.
Managing daily arrears.
Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
Processing lease renewals and bond disposals.
Attending tribunal hearings when required.
Managing water invoicing.
On occasions, conducting handover inspections upon completion of construction.
Maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation.
