Job summary

Attree Real Estate in Perth is seeking a Property Manager to take on a well-maintained portfolio handed over from a long-serving team member. The role emphasizes relationship management and portfolio growth, with a retirement transition ensuring continuity.

You’ll work in a supportive team with offshore and administrative backup, using PropertyMe, HubDash and Tapi; experience with these systems is a bonus. A current Property Management Registration and proven property management experience are

A rare opportunity has opened up at Attree for a Property Manager to take on a beautifully maintained portfolio, due to the upcoming retirement of a valued team member after 14 years of dedicated service. This portfolio has been meticulously managed for its entire lifespan and is in excellent shape for the right person to step in and continue building on that legacy.
