Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Sydney to join a growing real estate team with a strong training focus. The portfolio will be tailored to your experience, with around 140 properties and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work.

You will manage ingoings/outgoings and routine inspections, without leasing, rent reviews or accounts responsibilities, while benefiting from AI tools and ongoing professional development.
