Job summary

Fanous Family Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Property Manager Assistant to support our growing residential property portfolio. Based at our Springwood office, this full-time role provides hands-on experience alongside experienced property managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding service.

You will assist with inspections, open homes and leasing, manage tenant move-ins, answer calls at reception, and help maintain high standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Interest in property management and the role.
• Strong organisational skills with multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Professional demeanour with a customer service focus.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in property management.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior PM with errands, keys and out-of-office tasks.
• Routine inspections.
• Assist with open homes and leasing when required.
• Processing new tenant move-ins and management takeovers.
• Reception tasks such as first point of contact for phones.
