Gough Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager in Brisbane to oversee an established residential portfolio. The role includes working with a dedicated Leasing Consultant and admin support, with a clear workload strategy and a commitment to work-life balance.

You will manage relationships with owners and tenants, coordinate inspections and entry reports, and leverage strong systems and leadership to deliver exceptional service. A hybrid arrangement with one WFH day per week is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential Property Management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ownership of portfolio and proactive follow-through.
• Collaborative team player who uses available support.
