Job summary

Christie James Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager for a well-established agency in Brisbane's Inner northern suburbs. You will manage a clean portfolio of 70 properties and have a clear path toward Team Leader as the portfolio grows.

The role offers WFH 1-2 days a week within a flexible and supportive environment, with no micromanagement and a genuine work-life balance that supports your career development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in property management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Manage arrears and lease renewals.
• Respond to and resolve escalated tenancy matters.
• Prepare for and attend QCAT hearings when required.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
• Assist in growing the portfolio with some business development.

This opportunity is ideal for a Property Manager looking for the opportunity to move into a Team Leader role as the portfolio grows.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Managing arrears and lease renewals
• Responding to and resolving escalated tenancy matters
• Preparing for and attending QCAT hearings when required
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the portfolio
• Some Business Development to assist in growing the portfolio
