Co. Recruit in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 150 residential properties. You will nurture landlord and tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance, and handle tenancy issues with a practical, hands-on approach.

The role focuses on the aspects that require expertise, with VA support for admin, no leasing or routine inspections, and no weekend work. You'll join an experienced team with strong development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1+ year Property Management experience.
• Experience managing your own portfolio highly regarded.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of QLD property management legislation.
• Strong organisation and follow-up.

The Role

Your focus is on managing the portfolio and looking after your landlords and tenants,not running around doing every task yourself.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Managing tenancy issues and resolving problems as they arise
• Providing landlords with rental and market advice
• Working with contractors and trades
• Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant with current legislation
