Job summary

XKL Investment Group in Sydney is seeking a Property Manager to oversee end-to-end tenancy operations, coordinate between landlords and tenants, attend inspections, and manage trust accounting. You will generate new listings through emails and calls while maintaining professional standards.

The role requires a valid license, 5+ years of property management experience, excellent organizational skills, and a valid driver's license with a car.

• Demonstrates enthusiasm to learn and has a positive mindset.
• Excellent organisation skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage property profiles end to end, including Saturday open homes.
• Communicate between landlords, tenants and related parties.
• Attend inspections (open, in/out, routine) and tribunal as needed.
• Trust accounting and generation of new listings via emails and calls.
