Gough Recruitment is representing a well-established Sunshine Coast property group seeking a Residential Property Manager to manage a high-quality portfolio and deliver exceptional service. You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, conduct routine inspections, and coordinate maintenance across a modern systems environment.

The role requires solid experience in managing a residential portfolio, a sound understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation, and a current Queensland

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.

• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.
• Must hold a valid driver's licence.
