Job summary

Loop Leasing in Wembley, WA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead our SOR portfolio with efficiency and autonomy. You’ll work in a PM-focused, technology-enabled environment that values practical solutions over policies.

You’ll manage residential properties, coordinate maintenance, handle leases and rent collection, and keep compliance with tenancy laws. The role offers a modern office, strong admin support, and potential for part-time hours for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential property management experience.
• WA PM Registration and a valid driver’s licence.
• Emotionally intelligent with conflict-resolution skills.
• Tech-savvy and improvement-minded with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties (SOR).
• Advertise rental listings and conduct home opens.
• Process applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease agreements.
• Collect rent, manage arrears, and handle bond lodgements in line with legislation.
• Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports and manage lease renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with state-based tenancy laws and regulations.
• Handle tenant and landlord enquiries, manage disputes and deliver resolution.
