Job summary

Gough Recruitment partners with a leading real estate brand in Mandurah to appoint a Property Manager. You will manage an established portfolio of about 150 properties across Mandurah and the Peel region, supported by a dedicated PM Assistant and VA help.

The role is 95% office-based with a strong focus on relationships with owners and tenants. WA PM registration is required, with 2–3+ years' portfolio experience and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

About You

• Ideally 2–3+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
• Current WA Property Management Registration
• Confident, organised and able to take ownership of your portfolio
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A positive, switched-on personality who enjoys being part of a team
• A standout junior PM ready to step up into a larger portfolio may also be considered
