Qualifications

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Maintenance coordination and follow-up
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Arrears management
• Reviewing inspection reports and actioning follow-up
• Managing entry and exit processes from the office
• Resolving tenancy matters before they become bigger problems
• Ensuring legislative and compliance requirements are met

All property inspections and other field-based appointments are completed by our dedicated team.
