Qualifications

• Experience as an Property Manager in Queensland.
• Knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation.
• Current Queensland real estate registration.

Responsibilities

• Manage landlord and tenant relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance and follow-up actions.
• Handle lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Manage arrears and ensure timely action.
• Review inspection reports and take follow-up actions.
• Oversee entry and exit processes from the office.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
