Job summary

Vision Real Estate in Mackay, Queensland is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse residential portfolio. This full‑time role focuses on leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination and landlord/tenant communication to ensure exceptional service.

You'll deliver reports to landlords, ensure tenancy compliance, and collaborate with the team to drive growth. A 4‑day work week, company car and mobile are included for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a property management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with attention to detail across a varied portfolio.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.

Vision Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in Mackay, Queensland. As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating the leasing process, including advertising, inspections, tenant selection and lease preparation

Conducting regular property inspections and managing maintenance and repair requests

Effectively communicating with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Processing rental payments, bond lodgements and disbursements

Ensuring compliance with all relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations

Providing detailed reports and insights to landlords on the performance of their investment properties

Collaborating with the broader team to achieve business and portfolio growth objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a property management role, preferably within the residential leasing and management sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage a varied portfolio of properties

Familiarity with relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations

Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
