Job summary

Certainty Property is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Port Melbourne, looking after our broader metropolitan business. This is a full-time role managing a small residential portfolio within a high-touch agency.

You will be responsible for advertising vacancies, screening tenants, preparing leases, and maintaining compliance with legislation while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, liaising with tenants and landlords.
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio and meeting KPIs.
• Highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing a small portfolio of residential rental properties.
