Job summary

Gough Recruitment WA in Perth is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of about 125 properties in the South/East suburbs. You will receive excellent support from a Team Leader and Directors who care, with leasing support and a strong team assisting with tenant inquiries.

VAs will assist with documentation, allowing you to focus on client relationships and service delivery. The role rewards reliability and a proactive attitude, with a pathway to grow in a well-established

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management with your own portfolio, or an excellent Assistant with a great attitude, ready to step up!
• Current PM Registration and driver's license
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and care factor
• A desire to learn and develop your career

The Criteria
