Belle Property Camden | Picton | Macarthur is seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager for a growing, boutique agency in Camden. You’ll manage a residential portfolio with expert support, focusing on relationships, inspections and tenancy matters in a collaborative environment.

We offer a Monday-to-Friday schedule, dedicated leasing and accounts specialists, flexible work arrangements and a competitive salary with generous referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• Professional presentation and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Managing arrears, repairs, maintenance and tenancy matters.
• Handling disputes, negotiations and Tribunal matters when required.
• Taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Working collaboratively with a team that genuinely supports one another.
