Job summary

Gough Recruitment is assisting a well-established, award-winning real estate agency in Newcastle, NSW, to recruit a Property Manager. The role offers a path to develop your skills within a growing team and an emphasis on exceptional client service across residential portfolios.

You'll partner with landlords, tenants and tradespeople to keep portfolios well-managed, coordinating repairs, preparing tenancy documents and conducting inspections.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience or a strong background in a client-facing role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• Proactive approach and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of residential property portfolios
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Preparing leases and tenancy documentation
• Completing rent reviews and lease renewals
• Managing competing priorities and ensuring tasks are actioned efficiently
• Delivering a high level of customer service and keeping clients informed
