Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new property management opportunities.
• Conducting rental appraisals and market assessments.
• Managing new enquiries from referrals, portals and walk-ins.
• Building and nurturing relationships with prospective landlords.
• Onboarding new clients and coordinating pre-leasing requirements.
• Conducting open homes and securing new managements.
