• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Assisting with open homes and leasing duties.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades.
• Managing day-to-day property management tasks.
• Working towards team targets and KPIs.
