est. Real Estate in Ashfield is seeking an experienced real estate professional to join a boutique team and develop your career in property management. You will support the full lifecycle of residential properties, from onboarding tenants to lease renewals, under the guidance of the Senior Property Manager.

This role emphasizes hands-on management, excellent client service, and exposure to commercial property. A current NSW driver’s license and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or property administration.
• Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence issued by NSW Fair Trading is highly desirable.
• Experience with property management software (e.g., PropertyMe) is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the management of a residential property portfolio.
• Process rental applications and tenant onboarding.
• Prepare entry/exit condition reports and coordinate inspections.
• Coordinate and conduct routine inspections.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and suppliers, and manage maintenance requests.
• Support lease renewals and tenancy documentation.
