Job summary

R&W Elite Group in St Clair NSW is seeking a confident, highly organised person to join the property management team as a Property Officer / Property Management Assistant. You will work with Property Managers and support staff to handle day-to-day portfolio operations.

Responsibilities include tenancy management, open homes, inspections, and coordinating repairs. Training is provided, with a Monday RDO and Saturday shifts on a fortnightly basis.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence is required.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
• Experience in real estate not necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage new tenancy processes, host open homes and prepare ingoing condition reports.
• Attend to tenancy requests and follow up lease renewals.
• Conduct routine inspections and arrange repairs/maintenance follow-ups.
