Job summary

Holding Redlich is seeking an Associate or Junior/Senior Associate with 3+ years post-admission experience in commercial or property litigation to join our nationally recognised Litigation & Disputes team in Sydney. You will work closely with partners to manage a diverse portfolio of property and leasing disputes, influencing strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, disputes or property litigation.
• Experience managing a variety of disputes, ideally including property and leasing matters.
• Court appearance experience and confidence engaging in litigation processes.
• Strong drafting skills across pleadings, affidavits, witness statements and other evidentiary material.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and legal research capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple matters and competing priorities.
• A client-focused approach with strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
• A proactive attitude, commercial awareness and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
