Job summary

PERSOL's Sydney CBD office is seeking a Litigation Lawyer or Solicitor to join a growing legal services team. You will manage matters from initial advice through to resolution, collaborating with clients, counsel and senior lawyers.

You will handle a diverse mix of commercial, property and construction disputes, draft pleadings and court documents, conduct legal research and represent clients at mediations and court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Admitted lawyer with a current practising certificate or in the process of acquiring one.
• Experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident managing client relationships and stakeholder communication.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
• Commercially minded with desire to grow in a boutique firm.
