Job summary

Hungry Jack’s – National Support Centre is seeking a highly organized Property Lease Administrator to support the administration, tracking and reconciliation of occupancy costs across the national restaurant portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with Property, Finance and Accounts Payable to manage lease information and ensure rental payments and outgoings align with lease terms, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property/lease administration, finance or a related analytical/administrative role
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or property preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to interpret lease terms and apply them to payments and reconciliations

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date property and lease information in the database
• Review monthly rental invoices against lease terms and coordinate payments
• Calculate rent reviews, adjustments and back charges
• Monitor critical lease dates and ensure actions are completed on time
• Review and reconcile budgeted vs actual property outgoings
• Investigate discrepancies and charges not payable under lease
• Review sundry property charges and turnover rent calculations
• Prepare monthly summaries and reconciliations of rental adjustments
• Maintain supporting documents in SharePoint
• Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders
