Chevron Australia Downstream, Brisbane Head Office, seeks a Property Analyst on a fixed term contract. You will manage leases, subleases, and tenancy records, coordinate maintenance, and support landlord interactions while ensuring accuracy in rent reviews and cost recoveries.

You should have at least 3 years in commercial/retail property, experience with lease management and SAP/Lease Eagle, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Commercial / Retail Property related role is highly desirable.
• Experience in Property management / Lease management / Tenancy management or Financial / Analytical role.
• Oil Industry and client-side Property Management experience is highly desirable.
• SAP and Lease Eagle experience (preferred though not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and must have intermediate skills in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lease Management and Analysis - Maintain an up-to-date tenancy register of all original lease, licenses and arrange for safe storage.
• Repairs, Maintenance and Site Works - Manage property related maintenance and review leases for ownership and repair responsibilities.
• Lease / Sublease Management - Assist in managing existing and new property leases / subleases; monitor rent increases and annual reviews.
• Insurance and Bank Guarantees - Review insurance cover and manage bank guarantees as required under lease.
• Maintaining the shared Property Inbox - Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders about property works.
• General administration support, as required.
