Zusammenfassung

HESTA is seeking an Investment Manager - Property to lead the Property investment program and contribute to asset class strategy. You will oversee external partnerships, drive strategy with the Property team, and develop a capable Associates group under governance and board-level exposure.

Reporting to the General Manager - Property, you’ll collaborate across unlisted assets, including ESG integration and advisory committees, shaping the portfolio’s direction while managing risk and delivering

Qualifikationen

• Significant investment experience in the Property sector, including origination, due diligence, execution and management of co-investments or direct investments.
• Experience analysing fund managers and multi-manager investment portfolios.
• Technical investment analysis skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams within strict deadlines across a range of investment transaction deliverables.
• Experience developing investment governance and approval frameworks for direct investments.
• A collaborative approach to working with people and the ability to lead and develop a team of Associates.

Aufgaben

• Develop Property asset class investment strategy and present to the Investment Committee as required.
• Managing new investment commitments in the Property asset class, including sourcing and executing co-investment and direct investment opportunities through HESTA's manager and advisor networks.
• Leading management and monitoring of external investment relationships, including oversight of investment performance and consistency with agreed strategy.
• Collaborating with Responsible Investment team to implement ESG policies within the Property portfolio.
• Leading and developing a team of Associates, including performance and development planning and fostering a collaborative culture.
