Mutual Trust in Melbourne or Sydney is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to shape property investment strategy and influence decisions across domestic and global markets. You'll identify, evaluate and recommend opportunities across funds, REITs, syndicates and ETFs, leading research with the Head of Investment Solutions and contributing to portfolio construction.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in property investment research or related analysis.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience researching listed/unlisted property investments including REITs or ETFs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop well-supported recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead research into Australian and global property investments across listed and unlisted markets.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, bringing fresh insights and well-supported recommendations.
• Shape investment decisions through research, analysis and contributions to portfolio construction.
• Build relationships with leading property investment managers and industry participants.
• Monitor existing investments, identifying emerging opportunities, risks and market developments.
• Work closely with the Head of Investment Solutions and broader Wealth team to deliver investment insights.
