Job summary

Public Sector People partner with a large, values-led organisation to appoint a Manager, Property and Housing to oversee housing and real estate operations across a diverse portfolio including community housing, residential property and retirement living.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, establishing priorities, improving processes and reporting, and ensuring a reliable and responsive service across property operations, facilities and asset management.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or community housing.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary property team.
• Understanding retirement living and tenancy management.
• Ability to improve operational processes and reporting.
• Ability to manage compliance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary property team.
• Oversee community housing, tenancy, leasing and retirement living.
• Set priorities, workflows and performance expectations.
• Improve operational systems, templates and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with housing, tenancy and retirement living requirements.
• Monitor risks, audits, registers and reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with asset management, projects, development, finance and legal teams.
• Support stakeholders with leasing, occupancy, sales and property matters.
• Provide timely advice to senior leaders.
• Contribute to wider property strategy.
