Curtis Partnership is seeking a General Manager - Strategic Head Property Management for a not-for-profit community housing organisation in Sydney's CBD (Town Hall area). The role is Monday to Friday and leads a team of seven, overseeing operations and the growth of an affordable housing portfolio.

The successful candidate will implement new systems, drive financial and operational performance, and engage with stakeholders to advance community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership roles within residential property
• Current NSW driving license
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds

Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing community housing, has a permanent opportunity for a General Manager - Strategic Head Property Management to join their team.

The role will be based in the Town Hall area, CBD. The role is Monday - Friday, an exciting opportunity to grow an affordable housing portfolio and give back to the community.

This role would suit a residential senior leader (seeking an exciting new challenge) or an experienced affordable housing leader in the not-for-profit space.
