Wolfdene Group is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to lead sales across Perth metropolitan projects from our WA head office at Elizabeth Quay. You will nurture client relationships, convert enquiries into deposits and contracts, and partner with builders and referral networks to maximise outcomes.

You will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, provide weekly reporting and market insights, conduct display village visits, and act as a passionate ambassador for Wolfdene in the

Qualifications

• Current LGIRS Sales Representative registration.
• Proven experience in land sales, residential property development or new home sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Nurture and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow up enquiries and convert leads into deposits and contracts.
• Manage and maintain an up-to-date CRM database.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with builder partners, wholesale partners and referral networks.
• Conduct display village visits and support joint venture sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide weekly sales reporting, competitor analysis and market intelligence.
