AssetBase is seeking a Contracts & Client Relationship Manager in Sydney, NSW. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, liaising with brokers, agents and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of contract management principles.
• Experience with property and/or construction contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, working with the construction team.
• Liaise with brokers, agents, and clients to maintain smooth communication.
• Manage RFIs, progress claims, variations, and document submissions.
• Coordinate contract milestones with builders and developers.
• Coordinate contract exchanges and financial transactions for timely outcomes.
• Keep project documentation organised and accessible.
• Maintain strong communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
