SPG Land is seeking a Property Content Marketer to join our Gold Coast team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead the visual identity for Paradiso Place, coordinating digital and print marketing materials, brochures, floor plans, and social assets.

The role emphasizes a high-end aesthetic and hands-on design execution. You’ll collaborate with external vendors, leverage AI tools for image/video content, and ensure timely delivery across campaigns to showcase the project’s scale and

Competenze

2–6 years experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation.
Sophisticated eye for design: typography, white space, cohesive color palettes.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Experience with AI tools for image/video creation is a plus.

Content Execution: produce and roll out marketing collateral across digital and print.
Graphic Design: design premium property marketing materials (brochures, floor plans, social assets).
Video & AI Content Creation: edit and produce short-form video; animate renders with AI tools.
Vendor & Creative Coordination: work with external videographers/photographers/agencies.
