Sharp & Carter is seeking an in-house designer for a flagship Gold Coast residential project in Surfers Paradise. You’ll create marketing collateral across print, digital, and showroom experiences, from brochures and floor plans to social content and video.

You’ll work with sales and marketing, brief external photographers, and ensure every piece aligns with a premium brand. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, plus AI-assisted workflows, are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in graphic design, digital marketing or content creation.
• A portfolio that shows how you use space, typography and colour (any industry)
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and working knowledge of Canva
• Hands-on experience with generative AI for images and video — tell us which tools you use
• The confidence to take a brief and deliver finished work without needing someone over your shoulder

Responsabilités

• Design brochures, floor plans, social graphics, EDM templates and paid ads in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Canva
• Cut existing footage into short-form edits for social in CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Use AI tools to generate imagery and bring still renders to life with motion
• Refresh content for the sales gallery's immersion room
• Brief and guide external photographers, videographers and agencies so their work matches the brand
• Keep every piece consistent with the project's premium brand
• Work with the wider sales and marketing team to bring people through the display suites

About the role

You'd be the in-house designer for a Gold Coast property developer, creating the marketing for one of the largest residential projects now under construction in Surfers Paradise.

Brochures, floor plans, social content, ads, EDMs, short-form video and the screens in the sales gallery — if a buyer sees it, it's likely come from you.
