MARKETING & CONTENT COORDINATOR

SOPO & Club Paradise | Gold Coast

SOPO and Club Paradise are seeking a creative, proactive and hands‑on Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team.

This is not your typical desk‑based marketing role.

We're looking for someone who understands modern marketing, social media trends, digital advertising and content creation, while also being willing to get amongst the venues, capture content and bring our brands to life.

From gaming promotions and entertainment to food specials, functions and major events, you'll play a key role in driving patron engagement across both venues.

About the Role

Working closely with Operations and Venue Managers, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing SOPO & Club Paradise social media platforms
• Creating engaging photo and video content across both venues
• Planning and scheduling content calendars
• Managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Assisting with digital marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Capturing in‑venue content including events, promotions, food and beverage offerings
• Monitoring marketing trends and identifying new opportunities to increase engagement and venue traffic
• Assisting with EDMs, website updates and promotional communications
• Supporting the planning and promotion of functions, events and entertainment
• Coordinating with venue teams to ensure upcoming promotions and events are effectively marketed
• Tracking campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in social media management and content creation
• Confident using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
• Comfortable creating reels, short‑form video content and engaging social media campaigns
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident working independently and taking initiative
• Passionate about hospitality, events and entertainment
• Able to build strong relationships with venue staff and management
• Up to date with current social media and digital marketing trends

Highly Regarded

• Experience running paid Meta advertising campaigns
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design experience
• Photography and videography skills
• Hospitality, club, events or entertainment industry experience
• Basic understanding of SEO, website content and email marketing
