Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills with a good sense of composition, typography and branding.
• Proven photography and videography skills, including editing and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photography and video content showcasing land developments, homes, architecture and lifestyle.
• Produce polished social media content, including reels and campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral like brochures, pamphlets and presentations.
• Maintain brand identity while elevating presentation with fresh ideas.
• Capture lifestyle aspects of developments and communities.
• Manage creative projects from concept to finished content.
