Job summary

Beaumont People is seeking a Property Officer to support the development of a long-term asset maintenance strategy across a diverse residential property portfolio in Sydney. You will analyse property condition data, identify maintenance and renewal requirements, and contribute to a comprehensive 10-year asset maintenance plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, asset management, facilities management, or construction.
• Strong ability to analyse property or asset data and translate findings into practical maintenance plans.
• Experience identifying maintenance, repair, and replacement requirements and estimating associated costs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse property inspections, condition reports, and maintenance records to identify maintenance and capital renewal requirements.
• Assist in preparing long-term maintenance forecasts, budgets, and asset planning schedules.
• Conduct property assessments and provide indicative cost estimates for future maintenance works.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand property needs, maintenance priorities, and future planning requirements.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants regarding maintenance projects and recommendations.
• Support ongoing improvements to asset management systems, records, and processes.
• Assist with the coordination and follow-up of maintenance and repair works across the portfolio.
