Job summary

The City of Unley is seeking an experienced Assets Planner to lead the development and ongoing improvement of Asset Management Plans, lifecycle modelling and long-term infrastructure forecasting. You will work with internal teams, consultants and finance to inform investment decisions and improve data governance and asset systems.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Asset Management Plans and Long-Term Financial Planning.
• Knowledge of asset valuation, condition assessments and lifecycle modelling.
• Experience managing asset data, registers and corporate systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
