The Role

With a growing presence across Melbourne, we are looking for an experienced Project Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for new and established assets:

• Coordinate digital and social campaigns in partnership with external agencies to optimise lead generation
• Prepare and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets and campaign plans, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Stay on top of the local market — conduct competitor reviews, pricing analysis and use real insights to shape campaigns
• Champion the customer journey — constantly refining touchpoints and communications to boost conversions and build loyalty
• Use data and insights to optimise marketing performance
• Manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively

About You

This role is suited to an experienced mid-level Project Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running immediately with active projects:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• At least 3-5 years Project Marketing Management experience
• Residential project experience is essential (preferably built-form)
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle, required for site visits
• Effective communicator able to engage and drive relationships
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
