With a growing pipeline of approved commercial (office and retail), residential (multi-unit, accommodation), and industrial developments, with individual projects exceeding $200 million.

Emphasising collaboration, leadership, and relationship-building with clients in both the private and public sectors is essential.

• Design & Development Managers – Lead and provide guidance on residential and commercial projects.
• Senior Project Managers (Project Directors) – Lead and provide counsel on projects exceeding $200M
• Senior Contracts Administrators (QS) - Commercial and residential projects

About you:

We are seeking candidates who hold degrees in architecture, construction, project management, or engineering, and possess relevant industry experience with a proven track record in successfully delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, and/or industrial sectors.

Candidates should possess expertise in the local market, a solid understanding of industry standards and software, and established professional relationships. They must also align with our client's core values.
