Job summary

Aequalis Consulting Pty is recruiting an Acquisitions Executive in Sydney to identify, evaluate and transact development or investment opportunities across residential, commercial or industrial sectors. You will collaborate with senior leadership to build a robust pipeline and drive deals from sourcing to close.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of property acquisitions experience, strong market knowledge, and demonstrated financial modelling abilities to support investment decisions and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property acquisitions, development or agency.
• Strong understanding of the local property market and development landscape.
• Proficient in financial modelling and market analysis.
• Highly motivated, with a strong deal mindset and commercial instincts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new acquisition opportunities across residential, commercial or industrial sectors.
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies and development appraisals.
• Prepare and present investment papers for internal approval.
• Build networks with agents, landowners, planners and key stakeholders.
• Support due diligence, negotiation and transaction close.
