Job summary

Crusader Caravans in Australia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage material planning, purchasing through Pronto MRP and maintain ERP data accuracy across 500+ SKUs and BOMs. You will work with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing and MRP to resolve inventory issues, monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure on-time delivery of materials to support production schedules.

Collaborating with local and international suppliers, you will support month-end

Qualifications

• Hands-on supply chain and inventory control experience.
• Experience maintaining Pronto ERP data and BOMs.
• Ability to coordinate with Warehouse, Production and Purchasing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning and purchasing through Pronto MRP.
• Monitor stock availability against production demand and identify shortages or excess.
• Investigate stock variances and discrepancies between physical inventory and Pronto.
• Conduct physical stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Maintain ERP master data including part numbers, UOMs and BOM data.
• Review open purchase orders and supplier performance to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, MRP and Quality teams.
